Community Manager

You're savvy with social media, and know how to engage large groups of people. You love to be around customers, and are fascinated with their needs, and how Hugh & Crye could help them. You're a terrific planner, and excited about organizing events and pop-ups. You're going to help build Hugh & Crye into an amazing lifestyle brand that it's destined to be.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to execute Hugh & Crye's marketing plan
  • Contribute to, or own marketing efforts across online (web, search, digital), social (facebook, pinterest, twitter, instagram, among others) and offline (store, retail expansion, events, pop-up shops)
  • Win and engage customers
  • Identify partnership opportunities to grow brand awareness - especially online
  • Manage the logistics of our customer events and roadshow pop-ups

Key experience you must have:

  • Thriving within a startup environment, or hunger to do so
  • Fundamental understanding of E-commerce, social networks, and Web 2.0
  • Experience in all aspects of email marketing, including strategy, execution, analysis, and infrastructure
  • Experience in online and offline retention and loyalty marketing tactics (e.g. retargeting, direct mail, promotions)
  • Proven track record of moving quickly and delivering results in an entrepreneurial environment
