Digital Marketing Coordinator

Hugh & Crye is a transformational men's lifestyle brand. We exist to support our customers, whom we call "protagonists"  through innovative products and experiences. We started in 2009 with a simple notion that men's dress shirts simply don't fit. We created an innovative sizing system to breathe new life into the industry. Since then, we perfected the dress shirt, added new products, and amassed thousands of customers. While new products excite us, the thing that drives us daily is helping our customer in all facets of his life. We are looking for more enthusiastic co-workers to join us in helping our customers and deepening relationships.

Digital Marketing Associate

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Understand our customer behavior online, identify opportunities to grow online engagement and improve the customer experience on our website
  • Co-develop marketing campaigns based on new customer acquisition and repeat purchase
  • Assist in optimizing existing digital assets; build new landing pages
  • Build relationships with other brands or partners
  • Help develop a loyalty program that supports user purchasing behavior and is brand-consistent
  • Navigate and quickly understand a myriad of technologies used for analytics, search (SEO/SEM), paid, social and mobile
  • Develop core metrics and report on results
  • Assist product launch and content teams

  • Thriving within a startup, brand marketing team, or digital agency
  • Fundamental understanding of E-commerce (Prior e-commerce experience preferred)
  • Launched your own website
  • In-depth knowledge and use of web, user and customer metrics
